Working with the electrician was easy from start to finish. I was able to schedule service quickly, and Donovan arrived on time, was friendly, and explained everything in simple terms. We have an older home in Bloomington, and he had no problem working around the cellar, crawl space, and an aging electrical panel. He found the issue with our outlets, traced it back to worn parts and breakers that were no longer tripping properly, and made the repairs safely. He also cleaned up some wiring inside the breaker box and replaced several old breakers. We talked through the pros, safety concerns, and future value of doing a full panel upgrade, but for now we chose the simpler repair that solved the immediate problem with less disruption. I won’t use anyone else for electrical work. They were quick to respond, professional, skilled, and easy to work with. In our older home, they upgraded the electrical service to 200 amp, and the whole installation was clean, careful, and done without unnecessary damage. Later, I called them back to disconnect and remove a few circuits from a wall we were taking down, and Jacob and Donovan were excellent. They listened to my concerns, explained the electrical work clearly, and completed everything exactly as requested in about two hours. Both jobs were priced fairly, and the quality of the workmanship really stood out. It is hard to find electricians in Bloomington who are this dependable, neat, and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience with Donovan. He came out twice and fixed several electrical issues inside and outside the house. He also took time to clearly explain how the wiring, outlets, and circuits worked and shared helpful ideas for future upgrades. We plan to have him return later for an EV charger installation. After a major rainstorm caused a basement leak that affected some wires and outlets, we had to shut off power to the whole house for safety. I was away at the time, but called for emergency electrical service and Donovan responded quickly. He checked the damage, tested the circuits, and safely got the power and heat running again. I was still traveling while he was there, and it was a huge relief to hear that the electricity had been restored and the home was safe again. Great communication, fast response, and very knowledgeable electrician service overall.
